A Superalloy for
High Temperature & Corrosive Applications

Inconel® is a nickel-based alloy popular in applications requiring high temperatures, high strength and corrosion resistance.

Newcut’s engineers have developed a state-of-the-art process for photo etching Inconel® parts. Our team will gladly help you produce even the toughest parts from Inconel®.

Due to its high temperature and corrosion resistance, Inconel® has applications in the aerospace, motorsport, energy, marine technology and chemical processing industries.

Inconel® 625

Inconel® 625 is a super corrosion-resistant Inconel® alloy which is extremely challenging to etch. Newcut is one of the very few photo etching companies can successfully produce parts from Inconel® 625, which has special applications in aerospace, chemical processing, and nuclear energy.

Inconel® 625 is ideal for extremely high temperature and corrosive enviornments. Most commonly we produce parts for the following applications:

  • Engines
  • Heat exchangers
  • Turbines
  • Fuel cells

Inconel® 625 shows sustained strength from temperatures ranging from cryogenic to nearly 2000°F (1093°C).
